KS4 Alternative Education Provision
The Centre offers supervised training for young people and adults
The Lincolnsfields Centre Charity is registered with the Children, Schools & Families department to provide KS4 Alternative Education facilities and is able to offer supervised work experience placements for vulnerable young people and adults within our Farmyard project — mainly centred around Small Animal Care.
Placement periods are negotiable and the clients can additionally benefit from obtaining City & Guilds Foundation Level Qualifications in "Skills for Working Life" and I.T.training, and a variety of land-based subjects.
Where appropriate candidates will thenbe able to work towards achieving an NVQ Level 1 in Small Animal Care, Horticulture or associated Land based studies.
These are all placements requiring support funding and placements will only be confirmed when funding / contract arrangements are in place following a successful pre-placement interview.
For further information or to arrange an Asessment Interview please contact Francis McLennan on 01923 227449.
